21 Day Detox Program (SOLO)
This program is set up so that you can work through the meal plan in your own time, instead of doing it as part of a group with support from Steph.
Although the meal plan is 21 days, the program includes a 4 day preparation period where you have access to the meal plans and recipes to start shopping and preparing as well as beginning a gentle weaning process before the 21 days begin.Ā
There are daily emails to support you through this period, as well as the 21 days and these are an essential component of the program. Once you sign-up and get access to the program you will be prompted to START your program 4 days prior to the date you want to begin doing the meal plan so that your daily emails will begin and can guide you each day.Ā Ā
