Some of the companies Steph has worked with previously:
"Culinary Nutritionist Steph Geddes opened our eyes to the interrelationship between food and mood, and blended science-based facts with engaging stories that will forever stick in our minds. Either Steph did her research on how to talk to marketers, or she has missed her true calling in life! We loved her theory around ‘crowding out’ rather than ‘cutting out’ and are hoping that will help us to reach for better options come 3pm. Steph showed us how nutritional management is one way to improve your mood and encouraged anyone who feels as though their mental health is suffering to remember the importance of seeking out professional help."
- Rachel Round, Equality Media Pty Ltd
“Steph’s sessions are very accessible and practical. There is very clear, thoughtful advice which Steph conveys expertly while also explaining the scientific basis for her recommendations. Her sessions have had broad appeal across our teams in Australia and New Zealand. Her ability to deliver engaging content virtually has made these sessions very popular with our teams and a very efficient and effective wellbeing initiative for us to manage and deliver.”
- Shaun Corrigan, HR Director, Emerson Australia.
“A big thank you for the 3 great cooking classes that you did for us over the last few weeks, Your classes were a great team activity for us to do together and we all found it to be so informative and such tasty and easy to follow with you recipes. Everyone really enjoyed themselves and we look forward to booking more in with you. Thank you so much. “
— Lea & the team at Medibank
“Steph’s virtual cooking class was such a lovely way to break up our day and keep our team connected. Steph not only taught us how to cook two totally moreish dishes, but also shared some simple tricks to eating healthier, substituting for dietary requirements and reducing waste (all in 45 minutes!). Thanks for hosting a wonderful lunch time session for the team, your bubbliness shone through the webcam and into our kitchens at home.”
— Lina, BHP
“We have been working with Steph now over the past 12 months holding virtual cooking lessons to support our Community Hub Program which we have continued to promote nationally. Steph’s classes are always interesting and we learn so much more than just cooking with her knowledge of nutrition and healthy eating. Can’t wait for the next one!”
— Madeline, Lendlease
“I wanted to say a huge thank you again for your time on Friday for our cooking session.
It was such a fun, informative and super engaging session. The feedback from the team was that they had such a great time. Just really positive experience and a wonderful distraction for what has been a very difficult few weeks for some of them through Covid.
So BIG THANKS!!”
— Carolyn - Fusion Corp
“We’ve loved having Steph visit us at AKQA for the last couple of years, and have always had really positive feedback from the team. She is great at explaining health and nutrition in really simple and easy to understand ways. There’s so much info out there these days, so our team have found it really beneficial to walk away from the sessions with practical things that they can implement in their day to day lives. We look forwarding to welcoming Steph back again!”
- Felicity M, Talent & Culture Coordinator AKQA
“Our staff found Steph’s presentation really insightful and each took away some nutrition tips they can apply to their days to improve their health and wellness. Steph’s passion towards wellness is great. Her knowledge around how stress can impact nutrition and different ways we can eat to help support stress was something we found really beneficial. After receiving such great feedback from staff, we have already booked Steph in for another presentation in our workplace and can’t wait to learn more from her.”
- Chloe H, Office Manager, CBRE
“The feedback from attendees has been overwhelming! We definitely got a lot of value out of the session and the salad and bliss balls were a huge hit. Steph conducts the workshops extremely well – it contained very relevant information and she was extremely patient with all the questions, which she also answered extremely thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend Steph’s seminar to any corporate organisation looking to provide current health and wellbeing information to their staff in a relaxed and interactive environment.”
- Michelle M, Executive Support Social & Economic Development, Yarra Ranges Council
